Two Fridays ago I attended an event at Relish Dockside at the newly built Port Ferdinand Marina. The event was a collaboration between Platinum Wines, Relish and Hatchman’s Cheeses. The pairings were thoughtfully chosen with each wine complimenting the cheeses perfectly. Daniel Lambert of Daniel Lambert wines was the co host for the event and gave us some interesting history and facts behind the wines. The first Relish Craft Canape was the Amuse Bouche - St. James Smoke House Smoked Salmon Tartare with Champagne and orange infusion. All of the food was phenomenal but that was definitely one of my highlights. The Amuse Bouche was followed by four appetizing cheese courses as seen below.
