Going Gluten Free : Our favourite recipes!

Gluten free food and gluten free living have been a popular topic recently and I know a few people who have been embracing this healthier lifestyle. While I believed in the benefits I was hesistant, mainly because I assumed I could no longer eat anything yummy. I am by no means an authority on gluten-free but from what I have learnt, eating gluten free foods helps with improving cholesterol levels, promoting digestive health, and increasing energy levels among many others After learning a bit more about the benefits I looked into what I deem very important - what can I eat? I was pleasantly surprised when I came across a variety of enticing gluten-free dishes on Simply Recipes. See some of my favourites below. If you are lucky enough to have a Whole Foods in your area they offer a variety of options which are well labelled and even in Barbados while the options are less, supermarkets and even some restaurants are offering gluten free alternatives.
