Gallery Walls Ideas inspired by Celebrity Homes

Gallery walls are one of my favourite ways to add interest and character to a home and I've blogged about them here before. it's hard for me to decide whether I prefer a more streamlined monochromatic look or a slightly more interesting with mix matched frames of different sizes, finishes and colours. These gallery wall ideas from Elle Decor showcase different techniques to use when creating the perfect gallery wall as well as showcasing some very different styles. What is your preference when it comes to your gallery wall? Comment under the post and let us know!

Tip 1: Stick to black and white
Ginnifer Goodwin sticks to black and white in antique silver and gold frames in her Hollywood Salon.

2. Tip: Create a Linear Look
In Nick Offerman & Megan Mullaney Hollywood Master Bedroom they opted for simple white frames as an accent above their headboard.

3.USE THE WHOLE WALL

The centerpiece of Fleetwood Mac musician Lindsey Buckingham and wife Kristen's Los Angeles living room is an impressive pop art collection which makes a statement from floor to ceiling on the main wall.

4. Use Ledges
Ben Stiller & Christine Taylor use ledges to display their collection in their dark and sophisticated living space.
