Any show with Sarah Richardson is golden in my eyes and as I've blogged about here before Real Potential does not disappoint. In the latest episode Sarah shows three houses pre renovation to home buyers Jasmine and Kevin. After they had chosen Sarah went to work creating this masterpiece. The living and dining room open space is monochromatic and incorporates both modern and mid century elements and the furniture pieces are surprisingly affordable; many of them sourced from Ikea.
I love the character that the painted exposed brick brings to the space and the monochromatic colour scheme which is complimented by varying textures and simple prints in the cushions and rug.
In the dining room the hanging mirrors in varying sizes and shape are unexpected and fun.
And ofcourse a space is nothing without the details, the coffee table styling is simple and perfect.
