One of architect Charles Gwathmy's final projects was on the island of St Barts. The property is made up of a collection of separate pavilions on two different levels. He maintained simplicity by limiting building materials and sparely furnished with custom-made seating upholstered in white canvas and large picture windows bring the outside in and afford you with sweeping views of the island.
The bottom level including six guest villas, living room, kitchen, dining area, and gym. On the more private top level is the master bedroom villa and another structure containing another living room, dining area and kitchen.
